Nova Scotia 2014
Here are some photos from a trip I took to Nova Scotia way back in 2014 with some of my cousins. We went to some odd places, not exactly exciting, but we made the most of it. It was also the first time I had Tim Hortons, so not all was lost on this trip.
These photos were taken with my old Nikon D5000 and Nikon J3. Looking back at older photos, I wish I had shot them more carefully and also shot in RAW so I could properly correct the blown out whites, but I'm also glad I get to see the progression of my photography. I'm really enjoying this throwback series and find it not only fun to look back on some old memories but also a good way to study and self criticize. When I first took these photos, I was probably very satisfied with them. But time has since passed and I can look at them more critically because they aren't my babies anymore.
