Montauk
Ebenezer and I drove out to Montauk on the 4th of July to try to catch the Chromeo DJ set at the Surf Lodge. It was a total bust. We drove 3 hours out only to get there and the place was packed full of drunk rich kids. We stood outside for a few minutes trying to make sense of the mayhem, and when we asked someone what was going on, they were oblivious. So we left.
The drive was really nice though. The Hamptons are really beautiful and on the drive home we saw fireworks everywhere. I think at one point we were able to see fireworks from at least 5 different cities.
I also got the nape of my neck shaved on Friday.
